Your products life starts with the order you make. We produce only the amount of clothes that is ordered by our customers. Sustainable approach to clothing production is very important to us.

It usually takes 3 to 5 working days to prepare your order by the fulfillment center we work with.

Shipping is done by DHL, DPD, GLS, Deutsche Post and UPS. The delivery time may vary, depending on the shipping service provider, and may take up to 2 weeks. The choice of the service provider depends on the size of the shipment, the weight and the place of delivery.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, please contact us at info@ksprouts.com. Please insert your order ID number as the subject of the e-mail. You can also use the Contact form above and let us know which items you wish to return. Return shipping is free of charge.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

It all started during one of the most challenging times in my life. Navigating the emotional whirlwind of a crisis situation our family was facing, felt overwhelming. We all were struggling to express feelings. There were tears, confusion, and days when it felt impossible to connect. Our attempts to talk about emotions or express them often ended without success. Without words for what we were experiencing, those heavy emotions felt even bigger.

One day I realized we needed something to break the ice. We needed a way to name and understand our feelings without words. What if there was a simple, playful way to help children—and parents—express what was happening inside? I wanted to create something we could see and use during the day.

That’s when the idea for our emotion-themed T-shirts was born. Clothes have always been a form of self-expression. What if your T-shirt was your emotion? And what if you could acknowledge this emotion by putting this T-shirt on? Each design represents a different feeling, turning emotions into bold, playful graphics that make it easier to identify and talk about what’s inside.

When my kids started wearing these T-shirts, things shifted for all of us. They began pointing to the emotions they felt, sparking conversations we had struggled to have before. I realized that there was still some work for me to do as well, as emotional intelligence is at the heart of conscious parenting. By understanding and managing your own emotions, you create a safe space for your child to express theirs. This awareness fosters deeper connections, empathy, and healthier communication. Conscious parenting starts with recognizing that every feeling is an opportunity for growth. It became easier for us to share feelings, and over time, our home became a place where every emotion was welcomed and understood.

I realized our family wasn’t alone in this struggle. That spark of an idea turned into a mission. Our shop was born from a desire to bring warmth, understanding, and connection.

At the heart of everything we create is a simple belief: when children can name their emotions, they can better understand themselves and the world around them. And when parents have the right tools, they can nurture emotional intelligence with confidence and care.
